Prepare a grill to medium-high heat
- 1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and cut into 1/2' dice
- 1 medium ripe mango, peeled and cut into 1/2' dice
- 1 c cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 4 large fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
- 3 T extra-virgin olive oil, divided, plus more for brushing
- 3 T fresh lime juice, dividedt
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 , 6-ounce halibut or mahi-mahi fillets
- 4 lime wedges

- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup chilled unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 5 cups white onions, halved lengthwise, thinly sliced crosswise
- 2 cups dry white wine
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 large fresh thyme sprig
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 Turkish bay leaf
- 8 ounce fingerling or baby Dutch yellow potatoes
- 2 large egg yolks
- 2/3 cup whipping cream

Cook cauliflower in large pot of boiling salted water until tender, about 10 minutes
- 8 cups cauliflower florets (from 2 medium heads of cauliflower)
- 6 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 4 cups coarsely chopped leeks (white and pale green parts; from 3 large)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted matzo meal
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley, divided
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill, divided
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
