1 Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth

- 3 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

- 8 graham crackers
- 12 oz. fresh raspberries
- 1/2 c. raspberry jam
