- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened.
- 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained.

- 1 medium spaghetti squash
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small yellow onion, cut in half and very thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or more if you like it spicy
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Fried Rice

On medium high heat, heat the oil in a large skillet or wok
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 3 tbs sesame oil
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

Pre-heat oven to 375°F Lightly grease cookie sheets
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 teaspoons vanilla

- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 8 potatoes

A simple and delicious recipe for the slow cooker
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 handful Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 28 Ounces can Petit Diced Tomatoes
- 10 Ounces can Enchilada Sauce
- 7 Ounces can chopped green chilies
- 1 and 1/2 Cups frozen corn
- 1 Quarts chicken broth
- 2 Cups water (optional)
- 1 Teaspoons cumin (to taste)
- 1 Teaspoons chili powder (to taste)
- 1 Teaspoons salt
- 1/4 Teaspoons black Pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- Juice of 1 Lime
