- 2 large potatoes, peeled, cut into chunks
- 5 medium carrots, peeled, sliced
- 2 medium onions,sliced
- 2 stalks celery,sliced
- 1 can (10 1/2-oz.) beef broth
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup minute tapioca
- 1 tablespoon brown bouquet sauce
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Spaghetti Beef Casserole

1. Cook spaghetti according to pscksge directions
- 1 1/2 lbs, uncooked spaghetti
- 3 lbs. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 cans (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 1 can (8 oz.) mushroom stems ans pieces, drained
- 3 c. (12 oz.)shredded cheddar cheese, divided

- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and squashed, not minced
- 1 sm. onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
