- 3 8 ounce cartons Rich's Whip
- 1 package vanilla pudding
- GLAZE
- 2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- 6 Tablespoons hot water
- 6 Tablespoons oil
- 6 Tablespoons cocoa
Baked in Ganache Flourless Torte

For the ganache: in a small saucepan, bring the coffee to a gentle boil
- GANACHE
- 3/4 cup whipping cream or coffee
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- TORTE
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 4 ounces margarine or butter
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa
- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch or potato starch
- 5 eggs -- separate out yolks
- 3 egg whites -- extra
- pinch salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
Chili

In a large Dutch oven, saute the meat
- 3 pounds ground meat
- 4 large cloves garlic -- minced
- 1 cup finely minced onions
- 2 to 4 Tablespoons chili powder
- Salt and pepper -- to taste
- 1 to 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 to 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- pinch cayenne pepper
- pinch sage -- oregano, cinnamon
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 3 Tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 28 ounce can stewed tomatoes
- 2 cans black beans or kidney beans -- drained

- 9 ripe tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 green pepper

- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 cups tomato juice

In a small bowl, mix the cumin, chili powder,paprika,garlic powder, salt, pepper,and cayenne
- 2 Tablespoons ground cumin
- 2 Tablespoons chili powder
- 1 Tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- dash cayenne pepper
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small vidalia onion -- cut into 1/4" pieces
- 1 small red pepper -- cut into 1/4" pieces

- 3 medium carrots -- diced
- 2 ribs celery -- diced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 7 cups chicken broth
- 15 ounce can chickpeas
- 15 ounce can kidney beans
- 15 ounce can whole tomatoes
- 1 cup uncooked lentils
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 10 ounce package frozen spinach
