In a pint glass filled with ice, combine the Campari, gin and vermouth
- 1 1/2 ounces Campari
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 1 1/2 ounces red (sweet) vermouth (I like Carpano Antica)
- Orange wedge, for garnish
Lemon-Walnut Bread

Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together into a bowl
- For the cake:
- 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup lemon sugar (lacking this, I upped the quantity of lemon zest instead, more flavor with lemon sugar)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon extract
- 2 tbsp ground walnuts
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted and cooled
- For the glaze:
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup + 2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp lemon extract
Mango Rice Pudding

Heat a medium-sized pot over medium heat
- 2 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 tablespoons sugar, divided
- 1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
- 2 cups water
- Zest of 1 lime
- Pinch ground nutmeg

- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 15 oz Pumpkin Puree

Gluten-Free Coconut Flour Pancakes

- Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil, plus extra for frying the pancakes
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature

- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
