- 1 c light butter spread
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 1/4 c cocoa
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 2 c sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda

- 1/2 c light sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Chocolate Pecan Icing: 1/2 c light butter spread
- 1/4 c cocoa
- 6 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 16-oz. box confectioners’ sugar, sifted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c finely chopped pecans, toasted

- 5 slices rye bread
- 3/4 pound thinly sliced corned beef (shaved)
- 1 cup rinsed and well-drained sauerkraut
- 3/4 cup dill pickles, chopped

- 4 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/4 cups milk
