- Chicken:
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 teaspoon whole coriander seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon whole cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon whole fennel seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 teaspoons (about) olive oil
- Yogurt sauce:
- 1/2 English hothouse cucumber, peeled, seeded, thinly sliced
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 cups mixed baby salad greens
