- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, sliced thin
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. Hoisin sauce
- 1/2 tomato, chopped into fine dice
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
