Stuffed Hashed Brown Omelette

Take your hash browns out of the freezer to allow them to begin to thaw
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red pepper, sliced into strips
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 1/2 cups frozen hash browns
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chipotle sour cream (optional for garnish)
- Chopped scallions (optional for garnish)
POTSTICKER

- 1 lb (450g) ground pork
- 12-16 wonton wrappers
- 2-3 bunches of scallions
- 1 head of ginger
- 2 limes
- 4 tbsp (60mL) soy sauce
- 1 tbsp (15mL) mirin
- 3-4 tbsp (45-60mL) canola oil

- 2 Barras de mantequilla

- 1 Barra mantequilla sin sal (unsalted)

Pour enough olive oil in a large sauce pan to cover the bottom, turn to medium high heat
- 1 -2 lb fresh shrimp, cleaned and deveined, and butterflied
- 1 lb angel hair pasta
- 1 diced tomato
- 6 -8 whole garlic cloves

- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 cup dry white wine
- olive oil
- 5 -7 leaves fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, finely grated

- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, finely grated

- 1/2 cup unbleached flour
- 1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 cups broccoli florets (bite-size)

- 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
BIZCOCHO DE CHOCOLATE
