Preparation Pre heat oven to 425º
- 7 cups fresh peaches, peeled and thickly sliced (can substitute frozen slices)
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 5 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 box refrigerated pie crusts, (two crusts)
- 1 egg

This recipe makes a perfect chocolate chip cookie that is both chewy and crispy
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 12 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped into chips or 2 cups store-bought chocolate chips or 2 cups semisweet chocolate chunks
- 1 cup finely chopped walnuts (optional) or 1 cup pecans (optional)
Easy Peach Cobbler

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 12 fresh peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter

For cake like crust, mix together the dry mix, egg and melted margarine

- 1 box yellow Cake mix
- 1 stick butter or margarine,melted
- 1 egg
- 1 lb confectioners sugar(3-4 cups)
- 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 3 eggs
