- 3 lb chicken, boneless, skinless
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 large can pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- Jasmine or long grain white rice for side dish. Use my "Perfectly Cooked White
- Rice" recipe
Sissy's Special Hamburgers

Sissy's special burgers take advantage of the great spice blends that are available in the store
- 6 premade hamburger patties
- 6 hamburger buns
- 1 tablespoon McCormick Grill Mates Barbecue Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon McCormick Grill Mates Steakhouse Onion Burger Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon McCormick Grill Mates Mesquite Seasoning
- 6 slices cheese, personal choice
- Optional: lettuce, onion, tomatoes, pickles, etc.
Asian Chicken Wings

1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
- 3 lb chicken wings
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt + salt shaker to sprinkle on wings before baking
- 3/4 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
- 3 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 2 tsp ketchup
- 6 tsp packed light brown sugar
Foil Baked Chicken

1. Cut chicken into 1-inch-square pieces
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup kikkoman soy sauce
- 1/4 cup kikkoman hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 18 (12-inch square) pieces of aluminum foil

Chicken Tortilla Soup

1. Shred chicken. Place in large pot
- q roasted chicken (lemon pepper) shredded
- 1 lrg can chicken Broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 garlic, minced
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1 can mild green chilies, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 fresh lime juice (roll on counter before cutting)
- 1 bag fresh gourmet crispy onions, garlic pepper
Apple Crisp

Place crumble ingredients in a bowl and stir with fork until mixture is completely combined and in crumbles
- Crumble:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- Filling:
- 6 apples
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch

- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
