Salted Caramel Chocolate Dump Cake

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 13x9 inch pan
- 1 3.9 oz. package instant chocolate pudding
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 box Betty Crocker SuperMoist devil's food cake mix
- 1 1/2 cups chopped caramels
- coarse sea salt for sprinking
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Pumpkin Whoopie Pies with Cream Cheese Filling

- Pumpkin Pies:
- 3 cups AP Flour
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 - 15 oz. can of pumpkin
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cream Cheese Filling:
- 1 - 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 stick of unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 - 16 oz. package of powdered sugar
- about a capful of vanilla extract
- a pinch of cinnamon (to taste)
Banana Nut Bread

- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
Coconut chocolate tarts

Make the crust: Preheat oven to 350°F
- Crust:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 12 ounces (about 6 cups) sweetened shredded coconut for the filling
- Filling:
- 1 can regular coconut milk, chilled overnight
- 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate (preferably 61 percent cacao), finely chopped
Almond Joy Cookies

- 7 oz. sweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup chopped, toasted almonds
- 7 oz. sweetened condensed milk
Pumpkin mini croissants

Use 2 tubes of Pillsbury refrigerated crescent rolls
- 4 oz. (1/2 block) of softened cream cheese
- 1 cup of canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 – 2 T pumpkin pie spice (adjust to taste)
- 3 – 4 T sugar (granulated or powdered; adjust to taste if you want the filling sweeter)
