Ingredients

  • 6 T reduced sodium soy sauce (divided)
  • 1/8 t pepper
  • 1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
  • 1 T corstarch
  • Beef Broth: Mix 1/2 t beef bouillon granules w/ 1/2 C hot water
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 t canola oil (divided)
  • green pepper
  • red pepper
  • mushrooms
  • green onion
  • pea pods
  • stir fry noodles (prepare according to pkg)

Preparation

Step 1

In large ziploc, combine 3T soy sauce & pepper; add beef and refridgerate 30-60 min. In small bowl combine cornstarch, beef broth, 3T soy sauce;set aside. In skillet, stir fry garlic in 2t oil for 1 min. Drain marinade and add beef. Stir fry 4-6 min til no longer pink. Remove beef, keep warm.
Stir fry veggies till crisp-tender. Add broth mixture. Bring to boil, cook for 2 min. Return beef to pan and heat through. Add noodles and serve.
