Too-Easy Cherry Cobbler

Stir together pie filling, cherries, and 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 (20-ounce) cans cherry pie filling
- 1 (15-ounce) can pitted dark sweet cherries in heavy syrup, drained
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 5 white bread slices
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
Oven Roasted Potatoes with Bacon

Turn the oven to 450 F While the potatoes are cooking, cut the bacon into pieces and cook until browned
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lb hickory smoked, thick sliced bacon
- 3 1/2 lbs Potatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Parmigiano cheese
- salt and pepper
- fresh parsley
Lemony Lemon Brownies

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- For the tart lemon glaze:
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour {King Arthur All-Purpose Flour}
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt {Sea Salt}
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 tbsps lemon juice
- 8 tsps lemon zest
- 1 cup icing sugar
Italian Meatloaf

Mix all ingredients together
- 2-lbs lean ground beef
- 1 Tbsp worchester sauce
- 1/2 tsp basil leaves
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup red and green bell pepper
Shrimp Macaroni Salad

- 1 cup Diced Tomatos
- 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper
- 1 lb Shrimp, medium, pre-cooked, deveined
- 2 Green Onions
- 2 tbs Parsley
- 2 cups Elbow Macaroni

Nutty Blueberry Crumble

Open cinnamon roll package and arrange rolls in pan
- 1 package Rhodes Anytime!™ Cinnamon Rolls (6 rolls come in their own pan)
- 21 oz. can blueberry pie filling
- 1 cup pecans or walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup brown suga
Sangria

Makes 2 bottles. Pour half of wine into empty bottle
- 1/2 Bottle Wine (Mirassou Pinot Noir)
- 1/2 Cup Syrup (Monin Red Sangria Mix)
- 1/2 Cup Brandy
- Fill bottle to full with soda water
Quick Carrot Salad

- Dressing:
- 1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbs Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup Canola Oil
- 1 tbs Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- Salad:
- 4 Carrots, peeled and grated
- 1 med Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tbs Dressing
- Salt/Pepper to taste
Mom's Macaroni and Cheese

- 1-1/2 cups elbow macaroni
- 5 Tspn butter, divided
- 3 Tspn flour
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2-oz american cheese, cubed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp dried breadcrumbs
