Pour tomatoes with juices into 1-quart measuring cup
- 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
- water
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 medium onion, minced (grated)
- salt
- 3 medium cloves garlic (grated = 1 T)
- 1/8 t red pepper flakes
- 2 lbs. ground meat
- 10 curly-edged lasagna noodles, broken into 2-inch lengths
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese plus 2 T pepper
- 1 c ricotta cheese
- 3 T chopped fresh basil

- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 head Romaine lettuce
- 3-4 lbs peeled boiled shrimp
- 3-4 carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
OOEY-GOOEY BARS

Pour on top of chocolate mix and bake at 350 for 45-47 mins
- Box Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix (Duncan Hines)
- 1 egg
- 1 Tblsp water
- 1 stick butter, softened
- Mix all ingredients together and press into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
- 1 box powered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teasp vanilla extract
- 1 small bag semi-sweet choc. morsels
- Mix all together until smooth and creamy (except for choc. morsels) Stir in morsels.

- 2 Tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1 #2 can tomatoes
- 1 8oz can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup Romano cheese
- 1/2 lb lasagna noodles
- 3/4 lb thinly sliced mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb ricotta cheese
