Ingredients
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 10 oz can tomatoes, petit diced
- 1 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes, original
- 1 16 oz can black beans
- 1 16 oz can light red kidney beans
- 1 16 oz can white navy beans or great Northern
- 1 16 oz pinto beans
- 1 16 oz can white hominy
- 1 16 oz can yellow sweet corn
- 1 4 oz can diced green chilies
- 1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms
- 1 4 oz can black olives
- 1 pack taco seasoning mix
- 1 package dry hidden valley ranch mix
- 1 package Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef or 1 1/2 lb shredded chicken
- 1 large green bell peppers, diced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 12oz bottle of beer
- 2 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 32 oz of chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown meat along with bell pepper in large skillet.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a large pot and mix well
3. Cook for about an hour.
