Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Buffalo wraps are super easy with just 6 ingredients and a slow cooker to do the cooking!
- 2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce (from 12-oz jar)
- 3/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 package (11.5 oz) Old El Paso® flour tortillas for burritos (8 tortillas)
- 3 cups shredded lettuce
Garlic Soup

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 small heads garlic, smashed and peeled, plus 3 cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 piece parmesan cheese rind, plus 1/2 cup grated parmesan

- 1 Stockpot
- 1 Can of beer
