Hamburger Helper Cheesy Italian Shells

1. Brown meat in a large skillet; drain 2
- Sauce mix:
- 1 pound hamburger
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups small shell pasta
- 1 cup stewed tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Terrific Tuna Salad

Mix enough mayo to make mixture wet Stir well to combine Chill well before serving
- 1 can tuna in water, drained
- olive oil mayo and cracked pepper
- diced onion
- lemon-pepper seasoning, dash of garlic powder
- 1-2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce

Alea’s Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole

This is a fast and easy way to repurpose leftover mashed potatoes
- 4 – 6 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/3 – 2/3 cup milk
- 2 – 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 6 – 8 strips bacon
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese
Fish Marinade

Made-Over Deep Dish Brownies

These fudgy brownies get their deep flavor from a combination of semisweet chocolate, cocoa powder and coffee
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons canola or other neutral tasting oil
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 2 large eggs, cold
- 1 tablespoon cold brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
