WFS Grit Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 Cup Instant Grits
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 Cup Milk
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 4 Eggs
Honeydew Sorbet

1.Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
- 4 1/2 cups fresh honeydew (approx. 1 honeydew), cubed
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup water
Corn Fritters

- 2 Cups Corn, drained
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp. Salt

Fresh Peach Delight

1.Preheat oven to 375 F. In a bowl combine crushed graham crackers and 6 tablespoons sugar
- For graham cracker crust and topping:
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter-melted
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- For peach filling :
- 5 cups fresh peaches-peeled and diced into 1 inch peaces (about 6-7 medium peaches)
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 (3 oz.) package peach jello
- For cheesecake layer:
- 8 oz. cream cheese-room temperature
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (8 oz) carton cool whip
Sausage Cheese Balls

- 2 Lbs. Bulk Sausage
- 1 1/2 Cup Bisquick
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
- 16 oz Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
Breakfast Cheese Danish

Great served warm, this Breakfast Cheese Danish recipe uses crescent rolls with a sweet cream cheese filling
- 2 cans ready-to-use refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
Texas Caviar

Mix all ingredients together and chill several hours or overnight
- 2 cans field or black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
- 1 10 oz can Rotelle Tomatoes
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 small bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 purple onion, diced
- 3/4 cup zesty Italian dressing
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Cilantro, optional

1.Throw everything in the crockpot on low and cook 6-8 hours
- 2 lbs boneless skinless Chicken Breasts (I like to dice them up so they're chicken tender sized)
- 1 Can cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 Packet of dry Italian Dressing
- 1/2 Packet of dry Ranch Dressing
- 1 8oz pkg of Cream Cheese
Dill Pickle Dip

1.Electric mix the cream cheese, mayo and sour cream until smooth
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 T. pickle juice
- 5 pickles, chopped (Use your favorites!!!)
- large handful of fresh dill, chopped plus more for garnish
- salt/pepper to taste

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 6 tablespoons heavy cream
- Food coloring, optional
- Sprinkles, optional
