- large spoon of sugar
- small spoon of Durkees
Peanut Butter Cookies (White Sugar Free)

Cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla for at least 5 minutes
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. Splenda
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
Rachel Ray's Carbonara Deep-Dish Pasta-Crusted Pan Pizza

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- Salt
- 2 packages fresh linguini, 9 ounces each
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 pound pancetta, cut as thick as bacon, chopped
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, grated or chopped
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, depending on how spicy you like it
- 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, a couple of handfuls
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- A handful fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
Raspberry Sauce

- 1 1/2 c. raspberries
- 1 T. sugar
- 1 t. lemon juice

- 5 cups raw rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 small package raspberry jello
- 3 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 box white cake mix

- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 c. Buttermilk
- 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
- Small container cool whip
- 1 package Keebler fudge-striped cookies, crushed
Asian Pork and Noodle Skillet

cut carrots into julienne strips
- 2 medium carrots, peeled
- 1 medium red pepper
- 5-6 green onions
- 2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)
- 2 T. sesame oil
- 2 T. Asian Seasoning
- 4 Packages oriental-flavor ramen noodles
- 1 T. vegetable oil
- 4 c. water

- 1/2 cup butter

Grammies' Frosting

Mix butter and milk -- melt butter DO NOT BOIL Add powdered sugar and vanilla
- 1 stick butter
- 6 T. milk
- 16 oz. powdered sugar (2 lb) OR 3 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
Rachel Ray's Rosemary Chicken Breasts, Brown Butter and Balsamic Ravioli, Warm Spinach Salad with Pancetta and Sweet Vinaigrette

Coat chicken in balsamic vinegar, then olive oil
- Chicken:
- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breast, 6 to 8 ounces each
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, eyeball it, just enough to coat chicken lightly
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 stems rosemary, leaves stripped and chopped, about 2 tablespoons
- Salt and coarse black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, cracked away from skin with a whack against the flat of your knife
- Ravioli:
- 1 package, 12 to 16 ounces, fresh ravioli, any flavor filling
- 3 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 handfuls grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley, a couple of handfuls
- Spinach Salad:
- 6 slices pancetta, chopped
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, 2 turns of the pan
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, eyeball it
- 1 bunch, about 10 ounces flat-leaf spinach
- Salt and pepper
