Dissolve yeast in one cup of warm water
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon or 1 packet dry yeast
- 1 cup white bread flour, more as needed
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (oatmeal)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

In a large bowl place all ingredients and mix well
- 1 c Instant coffee granules
- 6 c powdered coffee creamer (any flavor)
- 5 c dry powdered milk
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 3 c instant chocolate milk mix powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Simple Scalloped Potatoes

Position a rack in the upper third of the oven and preheat to 425 degrees F
- 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces, plus more for brushing
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and sliced inch thick

- 1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup (105 grams) firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup (130 grams) all purpose flour

- Topping:
- 1 cup (240 ml) semi-sweet chocolate chips or 6 ounces (180 grams) semi sweet chocolate, chopped
