Frozen Stack Banana Split

In a deep dish baking pan, layer ice cream sandwiches on the bottom
- 1 lg box ice cream sandwiches
- 2 large bananas (sliced)
- 1 large can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 pint strawberries (washed & stemmed & sliced)
- 1 bottle chocolate syrup
- 1 carton Cool Whip
- 1 jar maraschino cherries

Have everything ready before you start, as once candy reaches temperature, it will immediately begin to harden
- 4 cup(s) granulated sugar
- 1 cup(s) light corn syrup
- 3 large egg whites
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) peppermint extract
- 6 drop(s) red food coloring

Pecan Pie

Whisk first 5 ingredients
- 1 cup Light corn syrup
- 3 Eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 tblsp Butter (melted)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups Pecan halves
- 1 Unbaked 9-inch (4-cup volume) pie shell
Chocolate Covered Bacon

Thread each bacon strip onto a wooden skewer
- 1 lb thick sliced bacon
- 12 12 in wooden skewers
- 1 6 oz white candy coating (chopped)
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tblsp shortening

- 1 1/2 teasp pumpkin pie spice

- 1 16 oz can pumpkin
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 pkg yellow or white cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
