Strawberry Shortcake

- 2 pkg of 4 short cakes, white or yellow cake
- 2 pints strawberries (washed & stemmed)
- 2 cups sugar

Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

Wash tomatoes & cut off the top part With a small spoon or scoop, scoop out the seeds

- 1 lg cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tblsp lemon juice
- 1 teasp garlic powder
