- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tomato (finely chopped)
- 2 teasp Lemon juice
- 1 teasp Garlic salt
- 1 small Sour cream

Sunday Morning Breakfast

Fry bacon or sausage & make Mom's Biscuit Gravy from drippings
- 1 lb bacon or sausage (cook & reserve drippings to make gravy)
- 6 med-lg eggs (scrambled)
- 4 large potatoes (washed, grated & fried for hashbrowns)
- 1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 can chocolate syrup
Lollipop Cakes

Bake cake according to pkg directions
- 1 box Cake Mix (& any ingredients to prepare cake)
- 1 can Icing (any flavor to compliment the cake flavor)
- 2 pkg of 24 Lollipop sticks
- 1 pkg Chocolate candy melts or almond bark
- 1 tube Duff's candy writer (what ever color you need)
Green Queso

- 6 lg Bell Pepper's (finely chopped)
- 1 Jalapeno pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 lb Velvetta Cheese

- 2 lbs Hot Sausage

Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnut's with BBQ Sauce

Cut bacon in 3 sections. Open cans of water chestnuts & drain
- 3 cans Whole Water Chestnuts
- 1 pkg Bacon
- 1 box Toothpicks
- 1 cup Catsup
- 3/4 cup Brown sugar (firmly packed)
- 3/4 cup Sugar
New York Cheese Cake

Combine first 3 ingredients together & press into a 9" pie pan
- 1 stick butter (melted)
- 3 tblsp sugar
- 1 pkg graham cracker crumbs
- 2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese (softened)
- 1 8-oz sour cream
- 1 tblsp corn starch
- 2 tblsp butter
- 2 lg eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teasp vanilla
