Roasted Tomatoes

Half tomatoes & place on baking sheet with salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil & balsamic vinegar
- 6 plum tomatoes (de-seeded & halved)
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 tblsp sugar
- 6 tblsp olive oil
- 6 tblsp balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Stars & Stripes Cake

Line bottom of a 9" X 13" cake pan with slices of pound cake
- 2 pkg pound cake
- 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 3 cups strawberry halves
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1 lg Cool Whip
Deviled Eggs

Cut eggs in half length wise
- 6 lg Eggs (hard boiled, peeled)_
- 2 tblsp mayonnaise
- 1 tblsp mustard
- 1 teasp salt
- paprika for garnish
Chex Honey Roasted Mix

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix cereals, snacks & pretzels in large bowl, set aside
- 3 cups Honey Nut Chex cereal
- 2 cups Cherrios honey covered cereal
- 1 1/2 cups Bugles original flavor snacks
- 1 cup Pretzels
- 1/2 cup Honey roasted peanuts
- 2 tblsp Light corn syrup
- 2 tblsp Honey
- 1 tblsp Butter
- 1/2 teasp Vanilla
Mini Carrot-Spiced Cupcakes with Molasses Buttercream

Heat oven to 350°F. Let cookie dough stand at room temperature 10 minutes to soften
- Cupcakes
- 1 roll Pillsbury® refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 tablespoon LAND O LAKES® Unsalted or Salted Butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon full-flavor (dark) molasses
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Nutmeg
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup Fisher® Chef’s Naturals® Chopped Pecans
- Frosting
- 7 tablespoons LAND O LAKES® Unsalted or Salted Butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon full-flavor (dark) molasses
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons milk
Baklava

Remove phyllo dough package from freezer and place in the fridge for 24 hours to thaw
- 1 package Phyllo Dough
- 4 cups Chopped Walnuts Or Pecans
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1-1/2 stick Butter, Melted
- 2 cups Honey
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 3 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Breakfast Hotdogs

Take each hot dog and wrap it in a strip of bacon
- 4 All beef hot dogs or sausage links
- 4 Strips bacon
- 4 Hot dog buns
- 4 slices Cheese
- 4 Large eggs, over-easy
- 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
- Salsa or taco sauce (optional)
Cowboy Caviar

Combine corn, beans, onion and cilantro, Add juice of lime and dressing
- 1 can whole corn, drained
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 5 roma tomatoes, seeds removed and diced
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 bottle Kraft Zesty Italian salad dressing
- fresh lime
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1 bag chips

- Cookie Sticks — I prefer cookie sticks to lollipop sticks for these because they’re thicker and sturdier.

New England Apple Cake

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 stick butter (softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 lg eggs
- 2 teasp vanilla
- 2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 1/4 teasp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 teasp cinnamon
- 1/2 teasp nutmeg
- 7 cups apples, peeled, cored and diced
- 3/4 cup walnuts (finely chopped)
- Powdered sugar for dusting
