Old Fashioned Bread Pudding

- 1 (16 oz.) day old French bread loaf, cubed
- 2 (12 oz.) cans evaporated milk
- 1 c. water
- 6 lg. eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 lg. red delicious apple, grated
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 T. vanilla extract
- 1/4 c. butter, cut up and softened

This is without question the BEST sauce for EVERYTHING! Hollandaise, Bernaise & Shrimp Sauce!
- 1 1/4 c. Hellmann's mayo
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 t. tomato paste
- 1 T. melted butter
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. sugar
- 1/4 t. paprika
- dash of cayenne pepper
Cheesy Salsa Corn

- 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
- 2 T. water
- 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 oz. Velveeta Light
- 1/4 c. salsa
- 1/8 t. salt

Creamy Tomato Garlic Herb Chicken Rotini

- 8 oz (3 c.) rotini pasta
- 1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano, undrained
- 1 jar (14 oz.) Alfredo sauce
- 3 boneless, skinless, cooked chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- chopped fresh parsley, optional (if no fresh, add dried)

- 2 eggs, beaten
- Add:
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
