Flourless Chocolate Truffle Cake

A recommendation from my mother
- 8 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 12 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp rum or strong brewed coffee
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting the top
- lightly whipped cream or softened ice cream for garnish
