Combine turkey, celery, grapes, raisins, green onions and apple in a large bowl
- 1 pound cooked turkey breast, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups organic celery, diagonally sliced
- 1 cup organic seedless grapes
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 large organic tart apple, cubed
- 1/2 cup organic plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chutney, chopped

1. For the cake layers: Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 350 degrees

DIY Cane Sugar Syrup

Combine all of the ingredients in the saucepan and stir until the sugar is completely moistened
- Equipment:
- 2 cups (16 ounces) water
- 5 1/3 cups (2 lbs + 10 ounces) granulated cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar

- 4-quart sauce pan - one step larger or smaller should be ok
- a candy thermometer that can clip to the side of the pan
