Roasted Butternut Squash Soup

1. Place beef in slow-cooker insert
- 1 5-pound boneless beef chuck-eye roast, trimmed and cut into 4 pieces
- 4 slices bacon, chopped fine
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 1/2 cups brewed coffee
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- Salt and pepper
- 10 sandwich rolls, split
Worcestershire Sauce Substitute

Mix all the components together in a cooking pan and place on a medium flame
- Apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup
- Water, 2 tbsp.
- Soy sauce, 2 tbsp. (low sodium variety)
- Brown sugar, 1 tbsp.
- Garlic powder, 1/4 tsp.
- Mustard powder, 1/4 tsp.
- Onion powder, 1/4 tsp.
- Ginger, 1/4 tsp. (minced)
- Cinnamon, a pinch
- Pepper, a dash

- 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- ounce can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 4 hamburger buns, toasted
- 1/2 cup grated Cheddar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
