Chicken and Pasta Alfredo (WW)

Cook the fusilli according to package directions, omitting the salt if desired
- 3/4 lb whole wheat fusilli
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/4 pound)
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (fresh ground)
- 1 cup half-and-half (fat-free)
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 tbsp stick butter (light)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/4 cup pecorino romano cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- pecorino romano cheese (shaved pecorino romano cheese for garnish optional)
- I only had w/w spaghetti noddles, I used ww flour & only had a Parmesan & Romano cheese. I also add in some steamed broccoli **

- 2/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons Thai nam pla (fish sauce)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Mazola® Chicken Flavor Bouillon
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/4 teaspoons Spice Islands Cayenne Pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon Spice Islands Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands Ginger, Ground
- 1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands Red Pepper, Crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands Cinnamon, Ground Saigon
- 1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands Coriander, Ground
- 1-1/2 tablespoons Mazola® Corn Oil
- 10 ounces rice noodles, cooked (see cooking instructions below)
- 2 cups juliennned carrots
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons peanuts

- 1/4 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 pound shredded Swiss cheese
