Hot Broccoli Cheese Dip

- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 env. GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 35 saltine crackers
- 5 (4-ounce) milk chocolate bars, broken into pieces

Lunch Lady Brownies

I melt the Butter in the microwave and put into my mixing bowl, then I add cocoa and mix together until smooth
- 1 cup of Butter (I use unsalted)
- 1/2 cup of Cocoa
- 2 cups of All Purpose Flour
- 2 cups of Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 4 teaspoons of Vanilla
- 1 cup of Chopped Nuts (optional)
- To make while the brownies bake
- 1/4 cup of softened Butter
- 1/4 cup of canned Milk (regular milk is fine)
- 1/4 cup of Cocoa
- 3 cups of Powdered Sugar
- Dash of Salt
- Mix all together and frost as desired.
Split Pea and Ham Soup - #

- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 large onion
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound green split peas
- 10 cups water
- 1 ham bone or ham hocks or ham seasoning meat
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped I used 2 cans diced potatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
Best Basic Meatloaf

Mix first 6 ingredients together in bowl
- Meatloaf
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2/3 cup crushed saltines
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- Topping
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. Worchester Sauce
