Coffee Cake - Outstanding

Mix cake mix, pudding mix, oil and water
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 small vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
Jane's Favorite Brownies - #

Very good, and no mixer needed
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup cocoa
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 12-oz. bag chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Lemon Chess Pie - #

1. Mix all ingredients, and best until smooth
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tbsp. cornmeal
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 4 tsp. lemon rind, grated
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 pastry piecrust, unbaked
Green Lime Punch

Mix all ingredients and freeze
- 1 small lime jello
- 2 cups hot water
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup real lemon juice
- Tall can pineapple juice
- 1 ltr. ginger ale
Crockpot 5 Layer Brownies

I used my mini 1.5 quart crockpot for this dish, because my other one had a chicken dish in it (coming tomorrow!)
- 1 16 oz package of brownie mix (I had a box of the Whole Foods GF 365 brand--it has chocolate chips in it!)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup oats (I used Bob Red Mills Gluten Free Rolled Oats)
Ritz Bits Cheese & Ham Bites

SEPARATE 1 RITZ Bits; reassemble placing 1 ham piece between crackers
- What You Need12 RITZ Bits Cheese
- 1 slice OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, cut into 12 pieces

Mix ingredients and pour over chicken
- 1 Chicken cut up or chicken legs, thighs, or breasts
- 1 bottle Russian dressing
- 1 envelope Lipton Onion soup
- 1 small jar peach preserves
4 Ingredient Pecan Balls

Very good cookie. Like pecan sandies yet easier and really better
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 cup plain flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 heaping cup chopped, toasted pecans
- 1/4 tsp salt
Chocolate Chip Walnut Pie

1.Prepare one Foolproof Pie Shell and, while it chills, heat the oven to 350º
- Foolproof Pie Shell
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
