Directions: 1. In large resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • Yield: 30 wings
  • 4 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 pack taco seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 1 cup guacamole or salsa (optional)
  • Directions:
  • 1 . In large resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients.
  • 2 . Add chicken to bag.
  • 3 . Seal bag and turn over to coat.
  • 4 . Let mixture sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • 5 . Place chicken on 4-inch rack and cook on Power Level HI for 15 minutes per side.
  • 6 . Repeat step 5 until all chicken is cooked.
  • Tip: If you’re using the NuWave Elite, place the chicken on the 3-inch rack and cook at 400°F for 6-7 minutes per side.
