Lemon Cream Cake

Preheat oven to 350*. In a large beater bowl beat cream cheese and butter
- Glaze:
- 1-8 ounce cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 1/4 cup sugar 3 eggs
- Grated rind of 1 lemon
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup sugar

Taco Ring

Bake at 375* for 20 to 25 minutes
- 1/2 pound ground beef cooked and drained
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cinnamon Roll {Cinnabon}

Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer
- 1 cup warm milk {110 degrees}
- 2 eggs room temperature
- 1/3 cup margarine melted
- 4 1/2 bread flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 21/2 tsp bread machine yeast
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 21/2 tbs ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter softened
- 1-3 ounce cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 1 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
Butterscotch Coffee Cake

Mix the first 6 ingredients together [the flour down to the butterscotch pudding] in a large bowl
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding
- 1 box butterscotch instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
- Topping
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup nuts chopped
Orange Salad

Mix all together and let set overnight or 4-5 hours
- 1 small package orange jello
- 12 ounce cottage cheese
- 1 large cool whip
- 2 can mandarin oranges cut up.
Black and White Banana Pudding

Pour milk into large bowl
- 13/4 cup cold milk
- 1 large banana sliced
- 1-4 serving size chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
- 2 cups thawed cool whip
- 1 square semi sweet baking chocolate chopped
Cocoa Meringues

Heat oven to 250* Line to baking sheets with foil
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 4 egg whites, room temp
- 1/4 tsp cream of tarter
- 2 squares semisweet chocolate, chopped
Coffee Shop Cookies

Heat oven to 350*. Grease 1 large or 2 small cookie sheets with shortening or cooking spray
- 1-18 ounce can refrigerated sugar cookies
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 2-1.55 milk chocolate candy bars unwrapped and chopped
