"Juicy Lucy" Burger Cupcakes

1. Remove the paper wrapped from the cupcakes and slice in half
- 1 batch Fun-da-middles cupcakes (12 cupcakes - sprinkle a few sesame seeds on top before baking)

Freezer Ham Macaroni & Cheese Recipe

Cook macaroni noodles according to package instructions
- 8 oz pkg elbow macaroni
- 1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham (great use for leftovers!)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 c Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- salt & pepper to taste

1. Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, combine cream cheese and 1 tablespoon softened margarine; beat until smooth
- 1 (3-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives or onion
