Apple-Cranberry-Pistachio Bread

Cranberry-Nut Bread

- 1 Heat oven to 375ºF. Generously grease bottom of loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches. Stir Bisquick, granulated sugar, sour cream, oil, milk, orange peel and eggs in medium bowl until moistened. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Pour into pan.
- 3 Stir powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth and thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle over bread.
Monkey Bread

- 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 12-cup fluted tube cake pan with cooking spray.
- 2 In 2-quart saucepan, melt 3/4 cup butter. Add brown sugar and cream; heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 2 minutes; remove from heat. Pour into pan; sprinkle with pecans.
- 3 In large bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk, granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons butter, the vanilla and egg until soft dough forms. Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
- 4 In small bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Roll each ball in sugar mixture; place randomly in pan. Sprinkle with any remaining sugar mixture.
- 5 Bake 22 to 28 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Place heatproof serving plate upside down over pan; turn plate and pan over. Remove pan. Serve warm.
Bean & Ham Soup

- 2 1/4 lbs dry great Northern Beans
- 10 quarts of water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 ham bone
- 4 large chopped carrots
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 4 bay leaves
- 3 to 4 lbs chopped ham
- 2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Herbed Pizza Crust

Dissolve yeast in warm water in medium bowl
- 1 Pakage regular active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water (105 to 115)
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup tomato juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh or 1 tablespoon freez dried chives
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon olive or vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon white peper
- 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- Two alternative Crusts
- CRACKED PEPPER PIZZA CRUST
- Substitute 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for the chives and 1 teaspoon coarsley-ground black pepper for the white pepper.
- SOUTHWESTERN PIZZA CRUST
- Omit rosemary stir in 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin and 1/2 teaspoon chile powder with the remaining ingredients.
