Fresh Tomato Salsa Recipe

Dice all of the above into small bits, season and taste
- 6 Tomatoes, I usually purchase Roma tomatoes for this.
- 1 small red onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 fresh jalapeno chopped/ can add more if you like it spicy!
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- cilantro to taste
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp garlic salt

- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
- 4-5 cloves garlic, minced or pressed

Pineapple Orange Honey Smoothie

- 4 whole Graham Cracker Sheets
- 1 whole Small/medium Sweet Potato
- 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
- 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1/2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Allspice
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 1/4 teaspoons Freshly Grated Nutmeg
- 1 dash Cayenne (optional Or To Taste)
Goat Cheese Squares with Raspberry Chile Chutney

Heat the olive oil in a large heavy saucepan over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup low-salt chicken broth
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and minced
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce, left whole
- 1 (6-ounce) container fresh raspberries or 1 cup frozen (thawed)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (half of a 17.3-ounce package), thawed

- Dash each salt, garlic powder, and onion powder
- 8 oz. raw large shrimp (about 14 shrimp), peeled, tails removed, and deveined
