Smoky Chicken and Cider

- Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
- 8 ounces good-quality smoky bacon, sliced
- 8 to 10 pieces bone-in chicken legs, thighs, and breast meat combined
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 onions, peeled and cut into wedges with the root end attached
- 4 carrots, peeled, sliced on an angle 1/2-inch thick
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
- 2 to 3 large fresh bay leaves
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups cloudy apple cider
- 1/3 About 1/3 cup dark amber maple syrup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 to 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 pound small Yukon gold potatoes, quartered
- 2 Golden Delicious apples, quartered, cored and sliced

- 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 12 ounces sliced mushrooms

- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Chicken Gravy

Corned Beef and Cabbage (Crock Pot)

Directions Combine the water vinegar, sugar, pepper and onions, in a 6 qt crock pot and mix well
- 4 cups hot water
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 large onion, cut into quarters
- 3 lbs corned beef brisket (with spices)
- 8 small white potatoes or 8 small yellow potatoes, scrubbed and cut into quarters
- 1 head cabbage, cored and cut into 10 wedges (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- 4 -5 carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
Peppermint Patty Sandwich Cookies

- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 3 sticks (1 1/2 cups) butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, at room temperature

- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
