Cheesy Chicken Tater Tot Casserole

- 1 (32 oz.) bag frozen tater tots
- 1 (lb) cooked bacon
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- salt & pepper, to taste

Place thawed chicken breast tenderloin strips in a bowl of milk

Slow-Cooked Cabbage Rolls Recipe

Cook cabbage in boiling water just until leaves fall off head
- 1 large head cabbage
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup quick-cooking rice
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup crushed saltines (about 15 crackers)
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 ounce onion soup mix
- 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef (90% lean)

Sprinkle cabbage with the 1/2 tablespoon of salt and let stand for 30 minutes
- 2 cups chopped napa cabbage
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 pound ground pork (Don't get lean pork, the fat is good for juicy and flavorful dumplings)

TATOR TOT CASSEROLE

if you want the tater tots crispy, cook them for a little bit and then assemble your casserole together
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 small can black olives (sliced)
- 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen corn
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies (diced and drained)
