Sesame Seed Crusted Pork Tenderloin

Excellent. Keep extras in the freezer for another meal, or appetizers
- Marinade:
- 1 kg. pork tenderloin (2 or 3 tenderloins)
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp. mixed black and white sesame seeds
- 1 cup Lemon Mustard Sour Cream Sauce (see below)
- 1/3 cup oyster sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. frozen concentrated orange juice, thawed
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon zest
- 3/4 tsp. sesame oil
- Lemon Mustard Sour Cream Sauce:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. grated lemon zest
Good Morning Muffins

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 2 cups bran buds or all bran cereal
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 cups flour
- 5 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
Hearty Tuna Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 cups uncooked egg noodle
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
- 1 tomato, chopped
Sugared Pecans

- 3 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons water
- 8 cups pecan halves
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 Tbsp orange zest
- 1-1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Crack Salad

- SALAD:
- 1 eight inch diameter green cabbage, shredded
- 1 package of ICHIBAN original flavour Chinese soup noodles (NO SUBSTITUTIONS)
- 2 or 3 handfuls sesame seeds
- 2 or 3 handfuls sliced almonds
- 3 green onions, chopped on the diagonal
- DRESSING:
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 6 tablespoon vinegar
- Soup flavour package
- 4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Pork & Mushroom Moo Shu

- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 3/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 8 oz shiitake mushrooms, stems discarded, caps sliced
- 1 1⁄2 lb boneless pork loin roast, trimmed and quartered
- 3 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- Kosher salt and pepper
- 1 12-oz pkg broccoli slaw
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 12 small flour tortillas, warmed
Shrimp Marinara with Pasta

In a 2 quart saucepan, cook onion, green pepper and garlic in oil until tender
- 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 16-oz. can whole chopped tomatoes, reserving liquid
- 1 6-oz. can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- cooked pasta
Wasabi Mayonnaise

Mix together well and refrigerate until ready to serve
- 1 tsp. wasabi paste
- 1 tsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Meringue

- 2 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp. COLD water
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Rice with Shitake Mushrooms and Truffle Oil

In a medium saucepan, bring the broth to a boil over high heat
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 leek, cleaned, halved and sliced
- 1 lb. shitake mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- freshly ground pepper
- 4 tsp. white truffle oil
