In a large bowl, break bread into small pieces

- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 2/3 cup soft fresh bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4-5 tablespoons lite mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound lump crab-meat, picked over

Chicken Kebabs with Nectarine Salsa

Pre-heat broiler or grill pan
- 1 tbls brown sugar
- 1 tabls EVOO
- 1 tbls fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts cunt into 24 2 in pieces

- 2 c diced nectarines (apx 3)
- 1/2 c diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 c thinly sliced red onion

- 1/4 tsp salt and pepper

- 1 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds, toasted (if desired)
