Instant Pot Copycat Cracker Barrel Chicken and Dumplings

Trim your chicken breasts and cut them in half and put them in Instant Pot
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1/2 onion
- 7 cups of chicken stock
- For Dumplings:
- 3 cups flour
- 1 TBS baking powder
- 1 1/4 TSP salt
- 1 C + 3 TBS milk

Put your butter into a bowl and add the chopped cranberries
- 1 x 250g pack of butter
- 75 g dried cranberries, really finely chopped
- a few sprigs of fresh thyme, leaves picked
- 4 fresh rosemary sprigs, leaves picked
- a few sprigs of fresh sage, leaves picked
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 clementine
Jamie Oliver's Roast Vegetable Mix

If any of your carrots, parsnips or turnips are particularly big, chop them in half
- For all of the vegetables
- olive oil
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 500 g carrots, peeled
- juice from 1 clementine, squeezed halves reserved
- a couple of sprigs of fresh rosemary, leaves picked
- 2 bulbs of fennel, peeled and quartered
- a few sprigs of fresh thyme, leaves picked
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 400 g parsnips, peeled
- a lug of white wine vinegar
- a couple of sprigs of fresh sage, leaves picked and torn
- a small teaspoon of honey
- 350 g beets, larger ones cut into chunks
- a good couple of lugs of balsamic vinegar
- a few sprigs of fresh oregano or marjoram (if you can get it)
- 350 g baby turnips
- a couple of good lugs of red wine vinegar
- 5 fresh bay leaves
Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls

Cream the peanut butter and butter together in a large bowl
- 2 cups smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 4 cups Rice Crispies
- 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
- 500 g bag of chocolate chips
- 1/2 square of Para wax
