Jamie Oliver's Clementine Jelly

Pour 500ml cold water into a bowl with the gelatine leaves and soak for a few minutes until softened
- 5 leaves of beef gelatine (platinum grade)
- 600 ml clementine juice (from about 20 clementines)
- caster sugar, to taste
- a small piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- 2 clementines, peeled and sliced into thin rounds
- 1 heaped teaspoon vanilla syrup (which you can buy at lots of good food stores) or a few drops of vanilla extract
- 200 g natural yoghurt
- good-quality dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)

The crumbing technique is so versatile you can prepare pork, turkey or even cod in exactly the same way
- 2 skinless chicken breast fillets (about 8 ounces each)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 lemons
- 15 Saltine crackers (preferably unsalted tops)
- 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
- 8 sprigs of fresh Italian parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg plus one egg white
- Lemon wedges, for serving
PIZZA-BELLAS

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Portabella mushrooms, light string cheese, and turkey pepperoni
- Ingredients
- 2 large portabella mushrooms
- 2 sticks light string cheese
- 1/4 cup canned crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
- Dash Italian seasoning
- 8 slices turkey pepperoni, chopped
- 2 tbsp. sliced black olives
SWEET COCONUT CRUNCH SHRIMP

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Fiber One Original, panko breadcrumbs, shredded coconut
- Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Fiber One Original bran cereal
- 1/3 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 3 tbsp. panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
