Chinese Coleslaw Salad

Dressing: mix very well together oil, vinegar, sugar, soya sauce, sesame oil and stock packet from ichiban noodles
- 1/2 oil
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 T soya sauce
- 1/4 t sesame oil
- 1 packet ichiban noodle mix
- 1 package cut coleslaw mix.
- 1/4 c onions.
- 1/4 c sliced almonds
- 2 T seasame seeds
Bacon Cheddar Potato Cakes

These potato pancakes are great to use up leftover mashed potatoes and are a family favorite!
- 3 slices bacon
- 4 cups cold leftover mashed potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Breakfast Cups

- 1 (24 ounce) bag of shredded hash browns
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil

- Bacon bits, or 8 -10 pieces of cooked bacon, crumbled

- 1 pound(s) spaghetti
- 8 ounce(s) (8 slices) bacon, cut 1-inch-thick crosswise

- 3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves; minced
- 3 serrano chiles, seeded & minced

- Eight 6 ounce snapper or other fresh fish filets
- 1 pound green cabbage shredded (3 1/2 cups)
