Mix ground chuck, eggs, rice, onion salt, garlic salt and pepper
- 2 medium heads cabbage -cook until soft. Cool.
- 3 pound ground chuck
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 C Uncle Ben's Rice (DO NOT USE INSTANT RICE)
- Onion salt
- Garlic salt
- Pepper
- 1 large jar sauerkraut (DO NOT RINSE)
- 2-3 sticks Polish kielbasa
- 1 can tomato soup
- (I used 2 tbs vegetal, 1/2 tbs salt and 1 tbs garlic powder)
- I cored cabbage, put water in and microwaved 20 minutes. Checked the leaves and continued to microwave until leaves were tender.
Slow-cooked Barbecued Chicken

1. Stir together first 4 ingredients in a small bowl
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 (3-3 1/2 lb) cut-up whole chicken
- 1/2 cup cola
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbs bourbon
- 1 lemon, sliced

Mix altogether
- 1 bag coleslaw
- 1/3 cup BBQ
- 1/3 cup Ranch
- Crushed bacon bits
- 1 small bag Fritos

Boil noodles until done. Add leeks to noodles during last 2 minutes
- 4 oz noodles
- 16 oz leeks, cut
- 4 oz ham
- 4 oz cheddar or swiss cheese

- 8 oz cream or milk

In a Dutch oven, cook the beef, sausage, onions and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink;drain
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 3/4 bulk Italian sausage
- 4 medium onions, finely chopped
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cans (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 4 cans (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbs canola oil
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 4 bay leaves
- 1 tsp rubbed sage
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Hot cooked spaghetti

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 1/2 lbs zucchini, cut into 2 inch long pieces, then 1/2 x 1/2 strips
