Thanksgiving Cake

Mix all together, beat on medium for 5 minutes
- 1 spice cake
- 1/2 ½ c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 ½ c. water
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 eggs

- 1/2 ½ lb (8 0z) spaghetti, uncooked
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 1 medium red pepper, chopped
- 2 C. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 4 oz. 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- 1/4 ¼ C. flour
- 1 can (14 oz.) fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
- 3 T. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 ½ C. shredded mozzarella cheese
Ham and Potato Casserole

- 2 C. cubed ham
- 2 lb. southern hashbrowns
- 1 C. sour cream
- onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 2 C. grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 ½ tsp. salt
- 1/2 ½ stick melted margarine
Artichoke Dip

Mix together and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly and heated through
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 C. mayo
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 3/4 C. parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. (or more) dill weed
- 1 can artichoke hearts-drained and chopped
- 1 C. grated mozzarella
Potato Soup-Panera style

Combine broth, potatoes, onion and spices
- 4 C. chicken broth
- 4 C. peeled and cubed potatoes
- 1/4 C. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 8 oz. cream cheese, cut in chunks
Taco Dip-Layered

- 2 cans bean dip
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 C. mayo
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- shredded cheddar cheese
- tomato
- green onion
- black olives
