S'mores Pudding Pie

Directions For the crust: Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers (about 10 crackers)
- 7 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- Chocolate Pudding:
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- Pinch salt
- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 10 large marshmallows, halved on the diagonal
Strawberry Tart

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine graham cracker crumbs and walnuts in a medium bowl; mix well
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 egg, white, lightly beaten
- 1 (3-ounce) package strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 cup frozen vanilla yogurt, softened
- 1 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 2 whole strawberries
Stroganoff-Style Chicken (Campbell's)

- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.), cut into strips
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms (about 6 ounces)
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles, cooked without salt and drained

Pulse the walnuts in a food processor until the consistency of coarse cornmeal (twenty 2 second pulses)
- 1 3/4 cups walnut pieces
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup tapioca starch (tapioca flour)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 sticks butter, cut into pieces, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons grade A dark amber maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
Mixed Berry and Thyme Jam

Place the berries in a medium saucepan
- 1 pound medium strawberries, hulled and quartered (about 4 cups)
- 8 ounces blueberries (about 2 cups)
- 1 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (1/2 a large lemon)
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 2 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme leaves

- 1 1/2 cups white or brown rice, cooked to package directions or 1 pound egg tagliatelle (wide egg noodles)
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 1 inch ginger root, peeled and grated
- 2 large cloves garlic, grated
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha chili sauce, optional
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 cup chicken stock or poaching liquid
- 1/4 cup Tamari, low sodium soy or liquid amino
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable or stir-fry oil
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 to 2 chilies, red finger, jalapeño or Fresno, thinly sliced

Warm Penne Pasta Salad

Bring a pot of water to a boil, salt it and cook pasta to al dente
- Salt
- 1 pound penne pasta
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 small onion or 1 large shallot, finely chopped
- 2 cups peas
- Salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 cups fresh ricotta cheese
- 4 tablespoons thyme, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, a couple of handfuls
PECAN CRESCENT COOKIES

- Powdered sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. melted butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
