Nutty Orange Coffee Cake

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl and set aside
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 teaspoons grated orange rind
- 1/2 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- 2 (11 oz.) cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
Banana Bundt Cake (w/ cake mix)

Put bananas and oil in a blender and liquefy
- 1 cup bananas (3 medium)
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 5 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Scalloped Tomato 100 Years Old Casserole

In large skillet, cook bacon until crisp
- 6 slices bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained, broken up
- 4 slices bread, torn in pieces
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon summer savory/1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
Crock-Pot BBQ Shredded Chicken

Add all the ingredients, other than the chicken into the bowl of a crockpot and stir to combine
- 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 large)
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup beer (any kind you like)
- 3-3 1/2 cups of barbecue sauce

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 package frozen corn
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
