Brownies with Pudding Layer

Prepare and bake brownies according to package directions
- 1 package fudge brownie mix (13-inch x 9-inch pan size)
- 1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 to 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons cold 2% milk
- 4-1/2 teaspoons instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 can (16 ounces) chocolate fudge frosting
Beef and Mushroom Stroganoff

Sprinkle the beef with 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless beef sirloin, cut into strips
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 large Vidalia onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lbs. sliced shitake mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 4 cups hot cooked buttered noodles
Sauteed Cherry Tomatoes

Over medium heat, melt butter and oil in a large skillet
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 medium basket of cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, minced or1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
Penne Pasta, Six Cheese

Preheat the oven to 500. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Fontina cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 2 tablepsoons ricotta cheese
- 4 slices of mozzarella, diced
- 6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 pound penne pasta
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
Lemon Cupcakes

Mix together all cake ingredients until smooth
- Icing:
- Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme cake mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/3 cup fresh Meyer lemon juice
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup butter (one stick)
- 1 i oz. bar cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 lbs. powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoons vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Salisbury Steak

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 package Onion Soup mix
- 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 eggs
- 2 packets of brown gravy mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can mushroom stems (optional)
- Egg noodles, rice or mashed potatoes
Buffalo Chicken-Cheese Dip (Slow Cooker)

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 3/4 cup hot sauce (Frank's)
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

Berry Ugly Pie

- 3 cups blueberries, divided
- 1/2 cup biscuit baking mix
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Quiche Lorraine

- CRUST:
- 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup butter-flavored shortening
- 3 to 4 tablespoons cold water
- FILLING:
- 12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups half-and-half cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1-1/4 cups shredded Swiss cheese
